Susie has been a Trustee at Upstart since December 2018. After a short career as a contemporary dancer, Susie realised that she was not meant to be on stage but rather belongs behind the scenes, where she can make things happen. After moving to London from Italy, she became Administrator at Improbable; she then worked in the Finance department of the Park Theatre before moving on to the Yard Theatre as their Finance and HR Manager. She is also codirector of Pinecone Performance Lab alongside Amy Clare Tasker. In her spare time, she offers support to artists on everything finance.
